You may return or exchange only non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. We'll pay the return shipping costs, where applicable, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), but shipping on returns or exchanges will otherwise be the responsibility of the customer.
Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange except in very rare instances (i.e. the customization is such that we are able to re-sell the item). Please ensure the customization is entered exactly as you'd like it to be carved on your sign. We will always send proofs of your design to the provided email address and will await your response before making the item(s). Customization errors that are approved by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Orders approved for refund:
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from UPS (3-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).
